How we work with you
Divi Travel is run by Thai Duong Tourism JSC from our office at 28 Tran Nhat Duat, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. Our team plans and operates the tours on this website ourselves, with local guides who live in the areas you visit.
Send us your travel dates, number of travellers and the places you are interested in, and we reply by email within 24 hours. WhatsApp and Zalo are the fastest way to reach us while you are travelling in Vietnam.
Group tours on this site can be booked and paid online by card. Private and tailor-made trips are confirmed by email with a written quote before you pay.

Within 24 hours, usually much sooner during Vietnam office hours (GMT+7).
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund 30 or more days before departure, 50% refund 15–29 days before, no refund within 15 days or for no-shows. Some cruises and special dates have their own terms, which we tell you before you book.
