What happens after you send your request

1. We reply within 24 hours with a suggested route, hotels and a price per person. If something is unclear we ask before quoting.

2. You adjust the plan by email, WhatsApp or Zalo until the route, hotels and pace feel right. Changes are free at this stage.

3. You confirm and pay by card through our secure payment page, and we send your full itinerary and guide contact before departure.

Good to know about prices: group tours are priced per person; travellers on their own pay a single-room supplement on tours with hotel nights; departures on public holidays (24 & 31 December, 1 January, 30 April, 1 May, 2 September) and during Lunar New Year carry a surcharge of 15% on short tours and 10% on longer tours.
